No free shipping for these regions. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of CAD$25 for any orders shipped to these regions. Tracking might be not included in certain regions (please contact us to confirm).

We are based in Toronto, ON. If you want to pick up your orders, please email us first to arrange the pick-up time and location.

Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you have ordered.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Canada: within one week
  • USA: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Other regions: 2 to 4 weeks

We will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Tracking might be not included in certain regions (please contact us to confirm). To protect the environment, we might reuse shipping boxes.

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation via Email:

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it. 

In Canada May, we accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US and international locations. We also cannot accept any returns from items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
