Features

Made from the very best and most nutritious part of the hemp seed, the heart.  It contains over 30% fat. They are exceptionally rich in two essential fatty acids, omega-6 and omega-3.  Also, contain gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The body converts GLA to substances that reduce inflammation and cell growth.  And it's packed with the goodness of omegas, digestible proteins, vitamins, minerals and fibre. Hemp seeds can replenish much of what your body may be missing!

Sprinkle on top of salads, cereal or yogurt. Add hemp hearts to baking, or just eat them right out of the bag.

眾多果仁種籽中,大麻籽芯是少見同時擁有omega-3 及 omega-6 兩種人體無法自行合成,需從食物中獲取的必需脂肪酸。更含有γ次亞麻油酸(GLA)。GLA在經過人體代謝轉換後,會轉變成為荷爾蒙的前驅物質 ── 前列腺素(Prostaglandin E1,PGE1),而前列腺素能降血壓及血脂、抑制血小板凝集的效果,並能維持免疫系統運作正常。

大麻籽芯是很好的植物性蛋白質來源。總熱量裡,有25%~30%是從高品質蛋白質來的。和亞麻籽的奇亞籽的16~18%比較含量是最高的。以一顆100克的蛋來比較,兩匙的大麻籽芯就能提供約兩顆蛋的蛋白質。加上細磨幼粒口感,隨手撒一把在沙拉、牛奶麥片、優格、加入自製的麵包餅乾糰裡烘培,或更直接一點用湯匙直接吃都是很好補充蛋白質與脂肪酸的方式。

    Convenient healthy natural food

    The hemp seed hearts are soft and as small as sesames. I mixed them in cooked rice. Didn't feel a thing when I ate them since they are so small and almost tasteless. Easily eatable even for those who don't have good appetite, but want to replenish proteins and minerals from natural food.
